摘要
油田中的钻井过程非常复杂,其参数需要得到严格的控制,本文提出了一种基于CAN总线的分布式数据采集和以FPGA为记录和控制中心的系统,CAN总线把整个系统分为功能明确的上下位系统,易于管理、升级,也加强了系统的抗干扰能力;用FPGA作为上位系统,N ios II软核CPU作为系统的控制中心,通过定制用户逻辑的方式极为方便地扩展各个外设;用单片机作为下位系统的控制中心,提供数据采集和控制执行机构的功能,对系统的整体结构、硬件配置、软件功能分别做了详细说明,该系统具有结构简单、可靠性高、性价比高等特点,在油田中有着广泛的应用前景。
The drilling process is very complicate in the oil field,and the parameters must be strictly controlled. This article puts forward a recording and controlling system,which based on FPGA and CAN Bus. The whole system is divided into two subsystems by CAN Bus,up and down system,they are easy to be managed and upgraded ,and also strengthen it's anti disturbing ability. Using FPGA as up system,Nios II soft core CPU as it's controlling center,easy to extend peripheral equipments by designing user logic. Using microcontroller as the controlling centre of the down system, providing data gathering and controlling the executing machine. This article introduces the system architecture and it's hardware and software. System peculiars in it's simple architecture,reliability and high quality value ratio,it is a promising system in the oil field.
