摘要
对国内外现有的二氧化硫排放计量方法——连续在线监测法、抽测法、物料衡算法进行分析基础上,综合考察精确度、稳定性、复杂程度和价格等因素,根据太原市的经济状况和国家有关的法律、政策、标准,提出对不同的二氧化硫排放源应采取分类计量的方法。即对电站锅炉和20t以上锅炉优先考虑连续排放监测法,对20t以下的中小型锅炉使用物料衡算法。
Based on the analysis on the existing domestic and foreign sulfur dioxide discharge measuring methods such as the continuous on-line monitoring method, the random detecting method and the material balancing method, this paper makes comprehensive investigation of the factors of the accuracy, stability, complex degree, and price, etc., and according to Taiyuan's economic situation and relevant national laws, policies and standards, puts forward the classified measuring methods that should be taken for different sulfur dioxide discharge sources, and points out that the continuous discharge monitoring method should be considered for the boilers of the power station and the boilers above 20 tones, and the material balancing method should be used for the small and medium-sized boilers and the boilers below 20 tones.
