This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the financial management of the private enterprises such as the indefinite target of the financial management, the poor consciousness of the financial management, the imperfect system of the financial management, and the impracticable cost management, unscientific capital structure, irrational income distribution, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for regulating the financial management of private enterprises.
