摘要
针对我国国有企业人力资源开发管理方面存在的弊端,指出转变观念,构建人力资源开发管理体系,建立科学可行的人力资源竞争、使用、薪酬激励、培训开发机制,是国有企业人力资源开发管理工作的当务之急。
In accordance with the existing disadvantages in human resources development and management of our country's state-owned enterprises, this paper holds that it is top priority of state-owned enterprises in aspect of human resources development and management to change concept, build human resources development and management system, establish scientific and practicable competition, employment, salary, training and development mechanisms for human resources.
