教学质量是高等院校生存和发展的坚实基础。作为高等教育一个重要组成部分的高职高专教育,非常有必要对高职高专教育教学质量监控与评估体系进行探索性研究,树立以实践和创新为主的教育质量观念,建立多元、高效的教学质量监督与评价主体,应用现代管理科学建立高职高专教育教学监督与评价体系。

The instructional quality is the solid foundation for the existence and development of the colleges and universities. And the higher vocational education is an important component of the higher education. It is very necessary to make exploratory research on the instructional quality supervision and evaluation system of the higher vocational education, set up the instructional quality opinion based on the practice and innovation, and establish the multiple and high-effective main bodies of the instructional quality supervision and evaluation system.
