再论图书馆出租服务中的版权问题

Restudy on the Copyright in the Rental Service of the Library

指出出租权是图书馆服务中需要认真对待并切实加以保护的特殊版权类型,分析了图书馆出租服务涉及的主要版权问题,就图书馆规避出租权法律风险提出了若干建议。

This paper points out that the rental right is one of the special types of the copyright in the service of the library that should be treated carefully and protected practically, analyzes on the main copyright problems involved in the rental service of the library, and puts forward some suggestions for the library to evade the legal risk of the a rental right.
