摘要
从汾河流域的规划及目前实施概况中可看出汾河水库、汾河二库调节库容偏小,防洪标准低,不能充分利用水资源,无法缓解太原市的缺水状况,迫切需要修建汾河三库,即下静游水库。
The planning of the Fenhe River Valley and the current situation of the implementation of this planning show that the regulating storage capacity of the Fenhe Reservoir and the No.2 Fenhe Reservoir is smaller, the standard of the flood prevention is lower, the water resources can＇t be utilized fully, the water shortage of Taiyuan City can＇t be released, and it is urgent to build the No.3 Fenhe Reservoir, the Xiajingyou Reservoir.
