摘要
从图书馆读者服务和内部管理机制两个方面探讨了“以人为本”的理念对图书馆建设的重要意义,提出了树立以人为本的服务理念,健全以人为本的图书馆管理体制,以改善图书馆的服务和管理工作。
From two aspects of the service for readers and the internal management mechanism of the library, this paper probes into the important significance of the people based conception on the construction of the library, puts forward the proposal of establishing the conception of people-based service and perfecting the people based management mechanism in the library for the purpose of improving library's service and management.
