提升国内数字图书馆服务,体现数字图书馆的自身价值,除了要继续实施资源共建共享、完善体制、完善立法、加强个性化服务、对网络信息资源进行整合外,还应加强用户需求研究及充分挖掘互联网免费信息资源。

In order to lift the service of the digital library in China and externalize the value of the digital library itself, besides co-constructing and sharing of the resources, perfecting the mechanism, strengthening the individualized service and integrating the network information resources, the digital library should enhance the study of user＇s demand and excavate the free information resources on Internet.
