摘要
从管理咨询服务的产品策略、定价策略两个方面对管理咨询服务的定价进行了系统的论述。根据国外定价的方法,结合我国定价的实际因素,提出了管理咨询服务的定价策略。
From two aspects of the product strategy and the pricing strategy of the managerial consultancy service, this paper makes systematical discussion on the pricing strategies of the managerial consultancy service, and according to the foreign pricing methods and connecting with the actual factors of our country's pricing strategy of the managerial consultancy service.
