抓住有利时机 发展劳务经济——对南阳市卧龙区农村劳动力转移情况的调查报告

Grasp the Favorable Opportunities and Develop the Labor Economy--the Investigation Report of the Rural Labor Transfer of Wolong District,Nanyang City

针对河南省南阳市卧龙区农村劳动力转移的现状和存在的问题,提出加快农村劳动力转移的建议,一是建立健全劳动力管理机构和网络,二是加大宣传力度,提高服务意识,优化服务环境,三是建立技能培训体系,提高农民素质。

In the light of the present situation of and existing problems in the development of the labor economy,namely, the transfer of the rural labor, and puts forward three suggestions of speeding up the transfer of the rural labor, the first is establish and perfect the labor administrative organizations and networks, the second is to increase the service consciousness and optimize the service environment through strengthening the propaganda, and the third is to improve the quality of the peasants through establishing the skill training system.
