Discussion on the Legislative Perfection of Our Country's Commercial Secrete

商业秘密是企业重要的无形资产,实践中商业秘密被侵害的纠纷也屡屡发生。着重探讨现阶段我国对商业秘密的保护在立法、司法等方面存在的缺陷,指出完善商业秘密的立法保护的重要性,并提出完善商业秘密立法的一些看法。

The commercial secrete is the important invisible assets of the enterprise, and the disputes of eroding the commercial secrete often occur in the practice. This paper emphatically probes into the shortages existing in the protection of the commercial secrete in China in recent stage in aspects of the legislation and the judicature, points out the importance of perfecting the legislative protection of the commercial secrete, and puts forward some opinions on perfecting the legislation of the commercial secrete.
