分析了新型师院读者的新需求,介绍了新型师院图书馆服务与管理创新的内容,指出了图书馆内部管理创新的方式,如实行岗位竞聘制和岗位责任制等。
This paper analyzes on the new requirements of the readers of the new-type normal university, introduces the contents of the innovation of the service and management of the new-type normal university library, and puts forward some modes for the innovation of library's internal management such as carrying out the competitive appointment system, and the post responsibility system, etc.
