品牌忠诚度分为情感忠诚和行为忠诚两个部分。根据不同厂商所处市场的竞争程度不同,提出培养顾客品牌忠诚度的不同侧重方向,指出了处于不同市场竞争程度的厂商的品牌忠诚度培养策略。
The brand loyalty consists of two parts: emotional loyalty and behavior loyalty. This paper points'out since different markets have different competition extents, should culture different emphases of customer's brand loyalty, and puts forward the strategies for culturing the brand loyalty of the firms that are in the different market competition extents.
