浅议我国利率传导存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Problems of Interest Rate Transmission in China and the Countermeasures

以凯恩斯的利率传导理论为基础,从货币需求的利率弹性、投资需求的利率弹性和投资乘数3个因素来探讨目前我国利率传导存在的问题及原因,并提出了完善我国利率传导的对策和建议。

Based on Keynes＇ Theory of Interest Rate Transmission, this paper discusses on the problems of the interest rate transmission in our country and the reasons of these problems from three factors of the monetary needed interest rate elasticity, the investment needed interest rate elasticity and the investment multiplier, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting our country＇s interest rate transmission.
