摘要 与传统控制技术对比,介绍了各种先进控制技术及其在食品工业中的应用,阐述了控制技术在产品质量、客户满意、控制成本和安全性及环境友好方面所起的作用,而这四个方面正是食品企业竞争力得以持续提升所要解决的难题。 A wide range of advanced control technologies and their applications in the food industry are introduced in comparison with conventional control methods, and the benefits from implementing advanced controls in product quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, safety and environment--friendly performance are described, which are all business issues to continuously improve the competitiveness of food enterprises.
