KB型妇科治疗仪治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察和护理

Efficacy observation and nursing in pelvic inflammatory disease treated with KB type equipment

目的:探讨盆腔炎患者有效的治疗和护理方法。方法:将住院84例患者随机分为对照组42例和治疗组42例。对照组给予常规的抗生素加中药灌肠治疗;治疗组除给予常规的抗生素加中药灌肠治疗外,还给予妇科治疗仪治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率较对照组高。结论:妇科治疗仪结合药物治疗盆腔炎有显著疗效。

Objective ： To explore the efficent treatment and nursing methods for the patients with pevic inflammatory disease. Methods ： 84 patients were divided randomly into two groups ： 42 cases for treatment group and the others for control group. Both groups were given the routine treatment with antibiotics and enema with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Besides that,the KB type equipment was used in treatment group. Results：The total efficacy rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group after the treatment. Conclusion： The obvious efficacy is obtained in treating pelvic inflammatory disease with the combination of drugs and KB type equipment.
