Comparison of puncture speed on scalp vein puncture of neonates

目的:探讨提高新生儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率的措施。方法:90例次新生儿分别采用慢速进针法与快速进针法,对一针成功率进行比较。结果:慢速进针法一针成功率高于快速进针法一针成功率。结论:采用慢速进针法穿剌,可以提高新生儿头皮静脉穿剌成功率,降低复针率,减轻患儿痛苦,减少护理工作量和医院材料消耗。

Objective： To explore the slow speed puncture for improving the success rate of scalp vein puncture in neonates. Methods ： 90 cases of neonates were investigated and the success rate between the slow and high speed puncture were compared. Results：The slow speed puncture showed the higher success rate when campared with that of high speed puncture. Conclusion：Taking the low speed puncture may increase the success rate of scalp vein puncture in neonates, decrease the puncture times, reduce the pain of patients and the amount of work as well as the materials consumption.
