摘要
本文研究了步进电动机的角速度振动特性,文中讨论了步进电动机稳态运行时的电磁转矩表达式,指出通常所用的电磁转矩公式仅考虑了恒定分量,由于电动机的电流含有丰富的谐波成分,各相绕组的不完全对称,角速度的波动等,使得电磁转矩中含有几乎所有次数的谐波分量。在此基础上求解电动机的运动方程,阐明了电动机振动特性的一般规律。振动特性上谐振点(区)的分析计算与试验结果相一致。
The velocity vibration characteristics of stepping motors and the expression of electromagnatic torque at steady state are discussed. It points out the ordinary formula of electromagnatic torque only take account of its constant port.In fact,it involves almost the whole harmonic in the expression of electromagnatic torque because of the rich harmonics in the current,the unsatisfactory symmetry of windings and the ripples of the velocity etc. It expounds the general laws of the vibration characteristics on the basis of solving the dynamic equation. It has been verified that the anaalysis and calculations of the resonance characteristics are corresponding with the experiment.
