重症急性呼吸综合征康复者心理健康状况重复横断面调查分析

Mental study of SARS patients in different convalescence phase

目的探讨重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)患者恢复期不同横断面的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表在恢复期不同横断面调查患者的心理健康状况。结果SARS患者恢复期间心理症状逐渐减少,1年后心理症状基本消失。结论SARS患者恢复期有一定的心理症状,应针对有关影响因素探讨有效心理干预方式。

Objective To explore development of mental symptom in Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome（SARS） patients＇ convalescence.Method The mental symptoms were mensurated by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL- 90） with q test（Newman- Keuls test,NK） in the moment, half- year and one- year after SARS patient discharging hospital, respectively.Result The mental symptoms gradually decreased, and disappeared in one year after discharge. Conclusion There were some mental symptoms in SARS patients＇ convalescence, mere exploration of psychological intervention should be developed on the analysis of relative factors.
