摘要 分子筛氧浓缩器是机载分子筛制氧系统的核心部件,是飞机氧源系统的发展方向;但目前我国分子筛氧浓缩器保障还较为落后,急需研制先进可靠的分子筛氧浓缩器性能试验系统;提出基于Kingview的集散式控制的分子筛氧浓缩器性能试验台,硬件系统采用可配置的模块化设计;软件设计基于人机交互友好的,通用性较强的Kingview组态软件;经实际应用表明:该试验台适应性强, 可靠性高,达到了预期设计要求。 Molecular Sieve Oxygen Concentrator (MSOC) is the key component of the airborne molecular sieve oxygen generator and directs the development of the airborne oxygen generating system. Currently, advanced, reliable MSOC performance test system is especially starved for because of the lag of the maintenance of the MSOC in our country. A new MSOC performance test platform based on Kingview and distributed control is brought out. The modularized and configurable design is used in hardware design and Kingview, with the virtue of friendly man-machine interaction and powerful unitized design is used in software design. The application result shows that the test platform is adaptable and reliable.
