摘要
本文用有限单元法对可逆式灯泡贯流泵转子系统的动态特性进行了研究,采用了多种计算模型,由简到繁逐步接近实际结构,并详细地考虑了各组成部分对频率和振型的影响.计算结果表明,一阶频率远远高于泵的工作转速,说明转子系统在正常工作条件下是安全可靠的.
In this paper, the dynamic property of the rotor system of a reversible bulb hydraulic pump is analyzed by using the finite element methed. Several computation models are adopted, which are approaching to the real structur from simple to complex gradually. The influences of components on the medal frequencies and the modal shapes are considered in detail.The computational results show that the first medal frequency is much higher than the operating speed of the pump, so the rotor system is safe and reliable Under the normal working condition
