摘要
为提高多变量控制的实时性,运用DSP芯片TMS320VC33的技术特性,优化控制处理;结合双口RAM芯片IDT7024的硬件基础,分析和证明采用DMA传输的合理性,实现了数据输入与处理的并行化;针对D/A芯片DAC7715的工作过程,运用定时器中断的方法,协调并提高信号输出和数据处理的工作效率;最后,以小探针信号处理为例分析,有针对性地研究了DSP技术对算法的优化,得出具有代表性的编程方法;利用以上多种方式后,多变量反馈控制的工作更合理,其实时性得到了进一步的提高。
To improve its real-time, the multi-variable control process is optimized with TMS320VC33 DSPs' technical characteristics. After reasonability of using DMA transfers is analyzed and proved, synchronization between data input and DSPs process is realized with DMA and IDT7024 (dual-port ram chip) technique. In the DAC7715 (D/A chip) process, work efficiency of signal output and DSPs process is corresponded and improved with timer interrupts. Finally, DSP Technique optimizing arithmetic is studied in illustrating the small probes signal process, representational programming methods is put forward. The operation of multi-variable control is logicaller based on these methods, and its real-time is advanced farther.
