摘要
阐述了精密光栅分度头测微的基本原理,并根据精密光栅度盘输出讯号的特点,提出采用微控制器联合CPLD的方案来进行精密光栅分度头的数据采集、处理与显示;重点介绍了系统关键部分的软、硬件设计方法。最后给出了该系统的主要性能指标以及实际应用情况;结果表明,该系统技术先进,性能优异,完全可以取代目前传统的精密光栅分度头数据采集装置。
Basic theory of precision grating measurement is explained. According to the character ot signal produced by grating degree disk, microcontroller and CPLD are used to realize precision grating degree disk's data acquisition, process and display. The design method of hardware and software is introduced in detail. At last, the main performance specification and the application in practice are aiven. The results indicate that the technique is advanced and the performance is perfect. This system can fully replace the normal precision grating optical instrument.
