浅谈我校年轻体育教师的继续教育问题

A Brief Discussion on Continuing Education of the Young PE Teachers in Our College

根据对我校体育教师现状的调查分析,对我校年轻体育教师的继续教育提出6点建议:处理好教学与培养的关系;划分培养阶段;提高学历水平;加强体育理论、体育新学科的学习;抓好业务培训工作;努力提高科研能力.

On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of our college＇s young PE teachers, the article puts forward six suggestions for their continuing education, namely to properly deal with the relations between teaching and cultivating, to divide the cultivating stages, to upgrade the educational background level, to strengthen the learning of sports theory and new sports courses, to pay special attention to professional training and to try hard to improve their ability of scientific researches.
