摘要
阐述了34×126矿用高强度圆环链的制造工艺, 对圆环链中频感应热处理工艺参数的选择进行了研究,提出了矿用圆环链中频感应热处理参数的计算方案.对加热温度研究表明:大规格矿用圆环链的中频感应加热温度应在钢临界温度Ac3以上150~200 ℃,此时,热处理后园环链的强度和韧性表现最佳.
This paper illustrates the manufacture process of the 34 × 126 mining high strength ring chain, including blanking, weld and heat treating. We place the focal point on the choice of the parameter of the heat treating by the induction heating, and propose the calculation methods of the parameter of the heat treating by the induction heating.
