斑蝥酸钠对离体人膀胱癌组织杀伤作用初步观察

Primary Study on Killer Intention of Sodium Cantharidate for Injection in Bladder Cancer

目的:探讨斑蝥酸钠注射液膀胱灌注治疗表浅膀胱癌的可行性。方法:采用组织块培养,观察药物作用后细胞学改变情况。对照组加入RPM I1640培养,实验组加入斑蝥酸钠注射液5μg/m l、10μg/m l、15μg/m l、20μg/m l四个剂量,作用1、3 h两个时间段。结果:5μg/m l,10μg/m l,15μg/m l剂量作用3 h对膀胱黏膜上皮细胞无明显作用,但可使癌细胞变性、坏死、崩解。20μg/m l 3 h绝大多数癌细胞崩解死亡。结论:斑蝥酸钠注射液对膀胱癌细胞有明显的杀伤作用,为临床灌注治疗提供了实验依据。

Objective： To detect the feasibility of treating superficial bladder cancer with sodium cantharidate by peffusion in bladder. Methods： The cytology variation was observed after drug incubation. The controlled group was adopted RPMI 1640 culture and the treated group was adopted with sodium cantharidate at 5,10,15,20μg/ml seperately, the results were registered after one and three hours. Results ： It was no injure at 5,10,15μg/ml to transitional epithelium, and it was denaturalization or necrosis or collapse to TCCA after 3 hours at 20μg/ml with majority cancer ceils collapse or died. Conclusions： It was a kind of efficient drug to treat TACC and provide experimental foundation for perfusion in bladder.
