Hepatectomy without Eployment of Pringle Maneuver

目的:探讨不阻断肝血流的大肝癌肝切除术的可行性.方法: 运用临床病例回顾性分析的方法,总结用不阻断入肝血流技术切除大肝癌15例的临床经验.结果: 术中输血0～2 600 ml,平均(872±739)ml.本组术后并发症发生率20%(3/15),无手术死亡病例和住院死亡病例.无术后肝功能衰竭发生.结论: 大肝癌切除手术中有选择性地采用不阻断肝门的肝切除技术是安全可行的.

Objective： To investigate the safety and surgical technique of hepatectomy without pringle maneuver in patients with hepatoma. Methods： The 15 patients with large-hepatoma were received hepatectomy without pringle maneuver. The way of parenchymal transection was applied with clips and finger fracture. Results： Blood loss was 0-2600 ml and blood transfusion （872±739）ml. Postoperative complication rate accounted for 20% （3/15）. The liver failure was not observed in postoperative patients. Conclusion： Our clinic data shows that hepatectomy without pringle maneuver in the patients with large-hepatoma is safe, feasible.
