糖脉平胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素的影响

The Effect of Tangmaiping to Insulins in Type 2 Diabetic Rats

目的探讨中药复方糖脉平胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法用较小剂量的链脲佐菌素(STZ,35mg/kg)获得2型糖尿病模型,使用糖脉平水溶液灌胃2g/(kg·d)。采用放免法测胰岛素水平的变化;125I-胰岛素与红细胞受体结合的方法测定红细胞胰岛素受体最大结合力(IRMB);采用稳态模型评价法(HOMA)计算细胞分泌指数。结果糖尿病大鼠胰岛素水平明显升高,细胞分泌指数降低,红细胞胰岛素受体结合力明显降低。经糖脉平胶囊治疗3月后,胰岛素水平降低(P<0.01),胰岛细胞分泌指数及红细胞胰岛素受体结合力明显提高(P<0.01)。结论糖脉平胶囊通过提高靶细胞胰岛素的结合力,从而提高胰岛β细胞分泌能力,达到减轻胰岛素抵抗的目的。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound TCM Tangmaiping （TMP） to insulin resisted in type 2 diabetic rats. Method The model of type 2 diabetic rats were made by lower dosage （35 mg/kg） of sheptozotocin （STZ）, and fed on TMP solusion 2 g/（kg· d）. The level of insulin was detected with radio-immunity. Immunohistochemical study was used to detect the insulin level. The steady model evaluated method （HOMA） calculated the cell secrete index, Results The insulin level goes up obviously and cell secrete index dereased, The RBC insulin receptor combination rate lower obviously. Having been fed for three months the insulin cell secrete index and RBC insulin receptor combination were remarkably increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion To reduce insulin resistance, TMP enhance β cell secret ability of insulin by improving combination rate of insulin aim cell.
