摘要
目的制定香菊感冒颗粒的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别青蒿和藿香;用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量。结果在薄层色谱中能检出藿香和青蒿,阴性无干扰;绿原酸在4.52~45.2μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.3%,RSD=0.71%。结论本方法可用于香菊感冒颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Xiangjuganmao Granules. Method Hertba Artemisiae Annuae and Agastache Rugosa in the volatile oil were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Result Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 4.52~45.2μg/mL, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 100.3%, and RSD=0.71%. Conclusion This method can be used for the quality control of the Xiangjuganmao Granules.
