精神分裂症衰退期患者的社会技能训练疗效观察

Social Vocational Training of Schizophrenia in Decline Reriod.

目的探讨社会技能训练对精神分裂症衰退期患者的疗效。方法随机抽取病例分组对照,对33例住院精神分裂症衰退期病人进行社会技能训练,以阴性症状量表(SANS)[3],住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)[4]评定。结果治疗组SANS及SSPI治疗前后总评分有显著性差异(P<0.001),而对照组两量表总分治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论社会技能训练对减轻阴性症状,改善社会交往技能有效。

Objective To study the social vocational training of schizophrenia decline period. Methods Draw samples the case cent the set to check against with the machine, 33 example hospitalization schizophrenia in decline period proceeds social vocational training, measure the social function of form （SANS） （3）, hospitalization the mentally ill to assess the deal form （SSPI） the （4） to assess with the feminine gender condition of illness. Results There were significont difference between total score of SANS and SSPI after and before treatment （P〈0. 001）, and there were no significont difference in control groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Feminine gender condition of illness of right alleviation of social vocational training, improvement the society company with the technical ability validity.
