摘要
结合现场生产实际情况,通过采用“射钉法”对210 mm,250 mm厚连铸坯在二冷区不同位置的凝固坯壳厚度测定,找出连铸坯凝固终点,为评价连铸机综合冷却能力、优化二冷制度及设备技术改造提供重要依据。
Based on actual production on site,measurement is made of solidified slab shell thickness with respect to continuously cast slab of 210 mm, 250 mm thick at different locations of secondary cooling zone by means of “pinning method” ,solidification front end is found out, providing important basis for evaluation of overall cooling capacity of caster, optimization of secondary cooling schedule and technical modification.
