摘要
用简易荧光计研究了在微酸性介质中,铅(Ⅱ)-碘化钾-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵体系的共振散射光谱,考查了它们的光谱特征,影响因素和适宜的反应条件;确定了散射光强度与溶液中Pb(Ⅱ)质量浓度的关系,提出了共振光散射法测定Pb(Ⅱ)的方法.该法在室温下进行,操作方便,具有较高的灵敏度;线性范围为1.0~40.0 ng/mL,方法的检出限为0.74 ng/mL;用于环境水样中Pb(Ⅱ)含量的测定,结果满意.
The resonance light scattering spectrum of cetyltrimethyl ammoniun bromide in subacidity medium was significantly enhanced in the presence of [ PbI4 ]^2- solution. The spectral characteristics, the affecting factors and the optimum conditions of the reaction were thus investigated by easy fluorophotometer. A new method based on the relationship of the intensity of resonance light scattering to the concentration of lead (Ⅱ) in water sample was established. This method can be conveniently operated at ambient temperature with high sensitivity. The detection limit and the linear range for Pb (Ⅱ) were 0.74 ng/mL and 1.0 - 40.0 ng/mL respectively. The proposed method has been used to determine Pb (Ⅱ) in the environmental water sample with satisfactory results.
