KG SERIES ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY NAPHTHENIC BASE SOFTENING OIL SPECIALLY USED FOR ADHESIVES

介绍了以新疆克拉玛依油田独特的环烷基稠油为原料,利用全氢型高压加氢技术研制开发的专用于以苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯(SIS)嵌段共聚物为主体材料的热熔胶和热熔压敏胶的KG系列环保型环烷基胶粘剂专用软化油,及该系列软化油的资源、加工技术、产品质量和应用情况。

KG series environment- friendly naphthenic base softening oil were researched and developed by means of high pressure total hydrogenation technique on unique naphthenic base crude oil from Xinjiang Karamay oilfield. It was exclusively used for hot - melt adhesive and hot - melt pressure - sensitive adhesive taking the copolymer of styrene- butadiene- styrene（SBS） and styrene- isoprene- styrene（SIS） as major materials. The source, processing technology, product quality and application of green softening oil were also presented.
