摘要
介绍了实验室合成的含硫醚酚无灰抗氧剂(简称DTE)过程。利用IR、MS、HPLC、TGA等分析方法表征了产品结构;利用旋转氧弹法、高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)评定了其在润滑油基础油中的抗氧化性能;利用成焦板、热管、CMOT微氧化、薄层氧化等模拟评定方法对其在SJ 5W/30汽油机油和CH-4柴油机油中的抗氧化性能做了研究。结果表明,无灰抗氧剂DTE在加氢基础油和内燃机油中具有优良的抗氧化性能,适合调制内燃机油。
The anti - oxidant sulfide - containing hindered phenol synthesized at lab is introduced and characterized by means of IR, MS, HPLC, TGA and other analysis methods; Rotary Bomb Oxidation Test (RBOT) and Pressurized Differential Scanning Calorimeter (PDSC) are employed to evaluate their anti- oxidative abilities in the basestocks;And their applications in SJ 5W/30 gasoline engine oils and CH - 4 grade diesel engine oils are examined through simulation evaluation methods like Coke Test, Hot - tube Oxidation Test, Caterpillar Micro Oxidation Test and Film Oxygen Uptake Test. As a result, the ashless oxidation inhibitor shows excellent anti- oxidative activity in basestocks and internal combustion engine oils.
