摘要
目的通过测定孕中期母血清CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸、MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶水平,探讨其与IUGR的关系。方法选取孕周为19-24w的孕妇共69例,其中21例为IUGR组,48例为对照组,CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸、MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶的测定采用ELISA法。结果IUGR组激活素A、高半胱氨酸水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CRP明显升高(P<0.01);MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孕中期母血MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶与IUGR无明显关系,激活素A、高半胱氨酸升高,CRP明显升高,因此孕中期检测母血中CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸水平可预示IUGR的发生,为IUGR的早期诊断和治疗提供重要的理论依据。
Objective: To explore the relationship between CRP, aetivin A, homocysteine, MPO, PMN elastase and fetal growth through measuring their concentration in matemal blood. Methods: Choosing 69 pregnancy women, of which IUGR group 21, control group 48. Their pregnancy age were 19- 24 weeks. CRP, activin A, homocysteine, MPO,PMN elastase levels were measured by ELISA. Results: Contrasted with control group, the levels of activin A, homocysteine increased in IUGR group ( P 〈 0.05), the levels of CRP increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and the levels of MPO, PMN elastase has no difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: MPO, PMN elastase have no relationship with IUGR. activin A, homocysteine , CRP had close relationship with IUGR. Detecting their levels in maternal blood during the second trimester pregnancy could afford important theoretical evidence for the earlier diagnoses and trentment of IUGR.
