Synthesis of (2,4,6- Trimethylbenzoyl)diphenyl - Phosphine Oxide and Test of Its Photoinitiator

合成了光引发剂(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)二苯基膦氧化物(TPO),测试了其在 丙烯酸改性环氧树脂体系清漆和色漆中的光引发性能。结果表明,与其它光引发剂相比, TPO可缩短清漆和色漆的固化时间;TPO的最佳用量为丙烯酸树脂的4％(质量分数)。

(2,4, 6 - Trimethylbenzoyl)diphenyl - phosphine oxide was synthsized. The product was determined by NMR, MS, IR. Results showed the product had the right structure character. Photoinitiator of the product was tested.
