非小细胞肺癌单纯手术与术后辅助放疗的疗效对比分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的对比分析非小细胞肺癌单纯手术与术后辅助放疗的临床疗效。方法收治非小细胞肺癌(Ⅱ及Ⅲa期)150例,随机分入两组(单纯手术组及术后放疗组),各组均75例,对其临床疗效予以观察对比。结果非小细胞肺癌(Ⅱ及Ⅲa期)术后放疗组与单纯手术组相比,局部控制率有显著提高(P<0.05);5年生存率及远处转移率两组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌术后辅助放疗可降低局部复发率,但对5年生存率及远处转移率无明显影响;病理类型对其生存率亦无明显影响。
