摘要
简要介绍了几种典型持久性有机污染物(POPs)的性质、来源、危害及监测方法,特别对二噁做了较详细的介绍。针对我国POPs的监控现状和政府在削减POPs方面所做的努力,讨论了目前存在问题,并提出了若干增强能力建设的建议。
The characters, sources, harms and monitoring methods of several typical POPs were briefly introduced, dioxin was specially introduced in detail. Existing problems were discussed and suggestion of increasing capability construction was put forward according to POPs monitoring status and government＇s efforts to reducing POPs in China.
