我国2008年奥运会竞技体操后备人才现状分析

An Analysis of the Current Status of China's Talents in Reserve in Competitive Gymnastics for the Olympic Games in 2008

运用文献资料法、观摩与统计法、比较研究法等方法对我国2008年奥运会竞技体操后备人才培养现状进行研究,对我国2008年奥运会后备人才的数量、运动员竞赛能力及特点等现状进行分析,并提出对策建议。

By means of literature reviews, observation, statistics and comparison, the authors of this article try to probe the current cultivation of talents in reserve in competitive gymnastics for the Olympic Games in 2008 and find out the amount of talents in reserve in competitive gymnastics ,their competitive abilities and characteristics for the Olympic Games,so as to provide useful advices in the area.
