摘要
测试了化学镀Ni-P合金静腐蚀、动腐蚀和腐蚀磨损试验结果,通过对试验结果的处理,建立了动腐蚀速率和腐蚀磨损速率与冲击速度V、介质浓度C的数学模型:建立了腐蚀磨损速率V_(wc)与纯磨损速率V_(wo)、纯腐蚀速率V_(pc)及动腐蚀速率V_o之间数学模型:
A systematic experiment on static corrosion.dynamic corrosion and wear cotrosion for elec r less plating Ni-P alloy coating has been carried out. On the basis of the analyses and treatment of the tested tesults e mathematical model on dynamic corrosion or wear-corrosion rate as the function of impacting velocity V,medium concentration C has been established as:V = K_1V^n1 +K_2V^n2C^a (a= K_3V^n_3). Besides .We also established a mathematical model of wear-corrosion rate V_(wc) Vs. pure wear rate V_(wo)and pure corrosion rate V or wear-cornsion rate V_(wc) Vs. V_(wo) and dynamic corrosion rate V_(oc) respectively .which are shown as:V =V_(wo)+V -K ·V_(wo) ·V_(pc) = V_(wo)+(1+K_w)V_(oc)+K_(wc)(1+K)V_(wo)·V_(oc)
