子宫趋化因子的表达及作用
摘要
子宫内膜在月经周期及妊娠期均有丰富的趋化因子表达,趋化因子可募集外周血淋巴细胞至内膜,并影响其分裂及活化,通过对局部淋巴细胞亚群的构成及功能调控,间接参与月经形成及妊娠维持。同时母胎界面生成的趋化因子还可以自分泌或旁分泌的方式调节滋养细胞的增殖、分化及侵袭,可能参与胎盘血管重铸、胎盘发生及局部血管生成等生理过程。
