摘要
针对首钢动力厂1#高炉鼓风机同步电动机在运行中因为励磁装置故障引起同步电动机失磁的原因进行了分析,并应用PLC技术设计一套简易失磁保护装置,提出恢复继电保护柜失磁保护功能,以满足电机正常运行的要求。
The non-magnetic causes of the synchronous motor due to faults of an excitation device during operation of the synchronous motor of the blower for No. 1 blast furnace of the Power Plant of Capital Iron & Steel Co. are analyzed. The PLC technology was used to design a set of simple non-magnetic protector. The device can protect the relay protection box when the box is non-magnetic and meet the needs of the motor operation.
