Improvement of Operation in Parallel of Two Medium-pressure Nitrogen Compressors

武钢氧气公司新增两台中压氮压机独立运行时,存在其中一台放散、另一台压缩量就不能满足生产所需的问题。提出两台中压氮压机并网使用时的改进方法,对于今后在安装新机组时怎样合理布置机后管道系统提供了一定的经验。

The Air Separation Co. of Wuhan Iron ＆ Steel Co. added two new mediumpressure nitrogen compressors. As one of them bled, another could not meet the needs of compressing amount required by production. The improvement methods for operation in parallel of the two nitrogen compressors are put forward, which give references to rational arrangement of pipelines at the back of the two nitrogen compressors in mounting new units.
