摘要
应用相似理论和能量守恒原理,设计一套颗粒材料简单冲击粉碎实验装置,并对电气石材料进行了冲击粉碎试验,得出了电气石破碎的单位新表面能.在一定假设条件下得到颗粒破碎形成单位新表面所需能量Δ与粉碎后颗粒粒径d及碰撞速度v的关系.
Based on the analogy theory and energy conservation principle, a particle material experimental device with impact and pulverization is presented, the tourmaline material is used in the impact experiment, the surface energy caused by pulverization of the tourmaline material is obtained. The relation of the unit new surface energy "△" caused by particle crush and the diameter "d" and collision velocity "v" of the particle under certain assumption is given.
