银杏叶黄酮类化合物提取分离研究现状和展望

Research status and prospect with respect to enriching and refining of active constituents from ginkgo biloba leaves

本文综述了银杏叶的药用有效成分—黄酮类化合物的提取分离的研究现状,并着重介绍了超临界流体萃取技术研究发展的新动向,指出了其主要存在的问题,由此提出了发展展望。

The research status has been introduced in this paper with respect to medical active constitutes of ginkgo biloba - flavonids, and its extracting and separating methods. Furthermore, the introduc- tion is focused on the new developing trend of supereritical CO2 extraction methods, the main problems are also discussed. Then the prospect and development opf extraction and separation of active constituents from ginkgo biloba L has been proposed.
