This paper introduced in detail the composition and industrial application of circulating cooling water treatment system in Yangzi Petrochemical Solvent Co., Ltd. The scaling corrosion inhibitor JC-463 used in this system causes less environmental pollution and has many functions such as anti-scaling, corrosion inhibiting and dispersing. The adding medicine and bacteria treatment system can control accurately with high automaticity. The industrial application indicates that the system runs with high safety and reliability and can save water 240 kt/a.
