鸡舍内过氧乙酸消毒和除氨效果初报

Study on the Effect of Disinfect and Reducing Ammonia Applying Peroxyacetic Acid in Henhouses

使用0.5%过氧乙酸对鸡舍进行喷雾消毒,分别在消毒前和消毒后间隔采样并测定鸡舍内空气中氨气含量和细菌总数。结果表明氨气含量和细菌总数在消毒后都有显著下降,在消毒后6h氨气的含量仍然保持较低水平;并显示出在空气质量差的鸡舍消毒和除氨效果越明显。

Disinfecting 6 henhouses with 0.5% Peroxyacetic Acid solution, sampling ＆ determining air ammonia ＆ total microbe level in henhouses before and after disinfecting respectively. The result showed that ammonia ＆ total microbe level in each henhouse after disinfecting were decreased significantly,and keeping in lower level 6h after disinfected. The result also showed that the air quality was worse the disinfecting effect was much better.
