摘要 针对膜片钳实验系统自动化发展的需要,采用基于CPLD芯片的数字逻辑控制单元和USB1.1数据传输总线,研究并实现了一种新的数据采集系统——UDA-I(USBDataAcquisition,I型)数据采集器。实验证明,本数据采集器的数据传输速率达到100KBytes/s,信号噪声在±10mV范围内,能灵敏、准确地实现数据传输,符合膜片钳实验高速数据传输的要求。 In order to meet the development of automatization in patch-clamp system, we have develped a new data acquisition system-UDA-I (USB Data Acquisition, 1) by CPLD and USB1.1 technology. It has been experimentally proved that UDA-I is able to fulfill the requirement of high-speed data transmission in patch-clamp system with a data transmission speed of 100K Bytes/s and the noise level ranging between ±10 mV.
