摘要
采用液相色谱质谱技术分离分析了葡萄籽粗提物中的低聚原花青素,主要分离出5种原花青素成分,分别为两种单体、三种二聚体和一种三聚体。
The analysis of oligomeric procyanidin in crude grape seed extract was performed by liquid chromatographymass spectrometry （HPLC-MS）. Two monomers, three dimmers and one trimers were tentatively identified.
